POKER HELP DESK

Need Help at the Poker Table?

If something goes wrong mid-hand or a table disconnects, our support channels are there to sort it quickly. Here is how to reach us while you are in the Live Poker Channel.

Live Chat During Play Open the chat icon from inside the live poker lobby. An agent reviews your table session log and can confirm hand outcomes or credit adjustments without you leaving the page.
Email for Hand Disputes Send a dispute to our support email with your username, table name, and round ID. We pull the dealer recording and respond with a clear outcome, usually within one business day.
Account Wallet Queries If a JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast deposit does not reflect before a poker session, check your transaction reference number and share it via chat so we can trace and confirm the credit.
zee9 What Our Live Poker Channel Actually Covers

What Our Live Poker Channel Actually Covers

Our Live Poker Channel brings together Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker, and Holdem Highroll in one dedicated section of the lobby. Tables are streamed through Evolution and Pragmatic Play studios, so picture quality and dealer professionalism are consistent round the clock. Each table shows its minimum and maximum chip range before you sit, so you pick the stakes that suit your wallet.

Side bets like Bonus on Casino Hold'em add an extra layer without changing the core hand. You can switch between table variants without leaving the channel — the lobby keeps all poker formats in one scrollable row for fast access on mobile.

HOW WE RUN POKER

Fair Play and Dealer Standards on Our Channel

We run Live Poker Channel tables through certified studio partners only. Every deal is covered by independent audit trails from the provider side, and our lobby surfaces those provider certifications where they are published. Here is what that means for your seat at the table.

Certified Studio Streams All Live Poker Channel tables on zee9 come from Evolution and Pragmatic Play studios, both of which carry independent fair-dealing certifications that cover card shuffling and deal randomness.
Round History on Every Table Each poker table stores your round history inside your account. You can review previous hands, bet sizes and outcomes directly from the session log without contacting support.
No Side-Bet Pressure Side bets in Casino Hold'em and Three Card Poker are always optional. The table never auto-selects them. You choose whether to place a Bonus bet each hand, keeping your stack in your control.
RTP Shown Where Providers Publish It RTP figures for poker variants appear in the table info panel only when the studio publishes them. We do not display invented percentages — if the provider does not publish one, we do not show one.

Live Poker Channel Glossary

New to live poker formats or just brushing up? These are the terms that come up most often when you are sitting at a Live Poker Channel table on zee9.

What is Casino Hold'em?

Casino Hold'em is a live poker variant where you play against the dealer, not other players. You and the dealer each build a five-card hand using two hole cards and five community cards.

What does 'Ante bet' mean in live poker?

The Ante is the mandatory starting bet you place before any cards are dealt. It opens the hand and determines your minimum stake for that round at the poker table.

What is the Bonus side bet in Casino Hold'em?

The Bonus side bet pays out based on the strength of your own two hole cards plus the three community cards, independent of whether you beat the dealer's hand.

What does 'fold' mean at a live poker table?

Folding means surrendering your hand and forfeiting your Ante bet. You choose to fold when your cards look weak before the community cards are fully revealed on the table.

What is Three Card Poker?

Three Card Poker is a fast live poker format where both you and the dealer receive exactly three cards. Hands are ranked differently from standard poker, with a straight beating a flush.

What does RTP mean for live poker variants?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of total bets a game returns over time. Live poker RTP is published by the studio only where they have calculated and disclosed it.

Common Questions About Our Live Poker Channel

Here are the questions we hear most from Pakistan players exploring the Live Poker Channel on zee9. Each answer is specific to how our lobby and tables actually work.

Our Live Poker Channel carries Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker and Holdem Highroll. Tables are streamed live from Evolution and Pragmatic Play studios and are accessible where local law permits.

Yes. The Live Poker Channel opens directly in your mobile browser — no app download needed. Table layouts adjust to portrait and landscape screens so cards and chip controls stay easy to tap.

Open your account wallet, choose JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast, enter the amount, and confirm with your mobile PIN. The balance reflects in your wallet before you sit at any poker table.

If you disconnect during a live poker hand, the table system follows the studio's disconnection rules — typically standing your bet until the round resolves. Contact live chat with your round ID if the outcome is unclear.

Holdem Highroll is a higher-stakes variation of the Hold'em format with elevated chip limits. The core rules match Casino Hold'em, but the minimum and maximum bet range is significantly wider per hand.

After logging in, select the Live Casino section and filter by Poker. The channel row appears with all available tables showing current occupancy and stake limits so you can pick your seat straight away.
